The Socio-economic Participation Agreement (SEPA) between Kaska communities and Selwyn Chihong provides a great opportunity for us to work together to create success and benefit for each other.
The foundations of this agreement are built on:

- Sharing benefits.
- Growing together.
- Supporting each other.
- Strengthening our communities.
- Creating opportunities at home for youth and future Kaska generations.
IF ACCEPTED, THE SEPA WOULD BE A BINDING CONTRACT BETWEEN KASKA AND SELWYN CHIHONG THAT INCLUDES MANY DETAILED COMMITMENTS TO:
- Protect the environment.
- Respect Kaska culture and rights.
- Provide employment and business opportunities.
- Build skills and knowledge in the communities through training and education of Kaska members.
- Partner to support Kaska economic development.
- Build facilities to support Kaska involvement in the Project.
- Be transparent through communication and sharing of information.
